These are our standard terms for every job. The quote and service agreement you sign for a specific job spell out the price, dates, and deposit for that job. If the two ever differ, the signed agreement wins.
Gator Power Wash Services is owned and operated by Brett Cunnien in Bradenton, Florida, serving Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Reach us at (941) 900-3963 or [email protected].
A quote is good for 14 days unless it says otherwise. It's based on what we could see or what you told us. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, we'll tell you before we start and agree on any change in price.
The price on your quote is the price you pay. If your quote shows a deposit, that deposit books your date and comes off the total. The balance is due on the day the work is completed. We accept Venmo, Cash App, cash, and check. Anything added on the day is priced and agreed before we do it. If the balance isn't paid within 7 days of completion, a $25 late fee applies.
Pressure washing depends on the weather. If rain, lightning, high wind, or a storm warning make the work unsafe or the results poor, we'll reschedule to the next available day at no charge. We'll text you if our arrival window changes.
Before we arrive, please:
If we can't safely reach an area that isn't ready, we'll clean what we can and note the rest.
We use the right method for each surface: low-pressure soft washing with a cleaning solution for houses and roofs, and higher pressure for concrete and pavers. Plants near the house are wet down before and rinsed after. Most dirt, mildew, algae, and grime come off completely. Some marks are permanent and may only lighten: rust, battery acid, oil stains, paint oxidation (the chalky film on older paint), efflorescence (white mineral deposits on pavers), and stains that have sat for years.
Cleaning can reveal or loosen conditions that were already there, such as peeling or oxidized paint, failing caulk, cracked stucco, loose mortar, rotted wood, old window seals, or damaged screens. We take care to work gently, but we can't be responsible for pre-existing conditions like these. The same goes for water that finds its way inside through windows, doors, or cracks that don't seal, and for plants that react to the cleaning solution even though we wet them down and rinse them. If you know of a trouble spot, tell us before we start and we'll work around it.
If you're not 100% satisfied with the results, let us know within 14 days and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge.
Need to move the date? Give us 48 hours' notice and your deposit carries over to the new date, or is refunded in full if you cancel. With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit stays as a credit toward a new date. If we arrive and can't do the job (no water, area not ready, no access), we'll reschedule once at no charge; a second trip may carry a $75 trip fee.
We're responsible for damage caused by our own carelessness, and we'll make it right. Our responsibility is limited to the price of the job, and it doesn't cover pre-existing conditions described above, items that weren't moved as asked, or indirect costs such as loss of use. Please report any concern within 14 days so we can look at it together.
We take before-and-after photos of our work. We may use them to show what we do, without your name or address.
When you accept a quote through the link we send, you sign the service agreement electronically, and that signature counts the same as ink. You can save or print a copy right after signing, and you can ask us for a paper copy any time. By giving us your mobile number you're okay with us texting you about your job (quotes, confirmations, arrival updates, and invoices). Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Your signed service agreement, the quote it's based on, these terms, and any changes we both agree to in writing (a text counts) make up the whole agreement. It follows Florida law. If a disagreement comes up, we both agree to talk it through in good faith first. Anything we can't settle between us goes to the courts in Manatee County, Florida. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you sign your service agreement is the one that applies to that job.
