Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to quote, schedule, do, and bill your job. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that help us run the business.

Who we are

Gator Power Wash Services is owned and operated by Brett Cunnien in Bradenton, Florida. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or (941) 900-3963.

What we collect

• Contact and property details: your name, phone number, email, and the address of the property we're cleaning.
• Job details: the services quoted, prices, dates, notes about the property, and before-and-after photos of the work.
• Signature records: when you sign a service agreement online, we keep the signature image, the name you typed, the date and time you signed, a copy of exactly what you agreed to, and technical details from the device you signed on (its internet address and browser type). These prove the agreement was signed and by whom.
• Payment confirmation: whether a deposit or balance was paid and when. Payments themselves go through Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check. We never see or store card or bank numbers.

How we use it

• To send your quote, agreement, and invoice, and to confirm and schedule your job.
• To text or call you about your job: confirmations, arrival updates, weather reschedules, and payment reminders. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
• To keep a record of what was agreed and done, in case a question comes up later.
• Before-and-after photos may be used to show our work, without your name or address.

Who can see it

Only Gator Power Wash Services. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We use a few services to run the business, and they hold data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores job records and signed agreements on servers in the United States.
• Venmo and Cash App process payments. What they collect is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Your phone carrier and email provider deliver the texts and emails we send.

We'll share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, for example to collect an unpaid balance.

How long we keep it

We keep job records and signed agreements for 5 years after the job, which matches how long Florida allows either side to raise a question about a written agreement. After that we delete them. Before-and-after photos may be kept longer as examples of our work; ask and we'll remove any that show your property.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we have about you or your job.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. We'll do so unless we need to keep a record for an unpaid balance or a legal reason.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of photo use by telling us.

Your quote and signing links

The link we text or email you contains your quote details so it works even when our records are unavailable. Anyone with the link can view the quote, so please don't forward it. Your signature is stored only after you tap Sign. This site doesn't use advertising cookies or trackers; it stores a small amount of information on your device (such as that you already signed) so the page remembers where you left off.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, let current customers know.
